Parkour

Download this episode (3 min)
Parkour (PK) is the practice of movement around obstacles, and it is gaining a following in every major city in Canada. It's practitioners are called "traceurs" (which translates in English as 'to go fast') and they do this by pushing their bodies to the limit. Striving to overcome any physical or mental situation, Parkour is much more than a typical workout. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour
